Key Responsibilities: Identify and qualify leads through various channels, including online research, referrals, events, and social media. Assess prospects' business needs, budget, timeline, and decision-making process to qualify leads effectively and prepare for executing exploration meetings. Utilize various prospecting strategies (e.g. cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach, etc.) to conduct outbound lead generation and initial outreach to prospects. Schedule meetings and presentations with potential clients to showcase products, services, and value propositions. Identify and understand the needs, challenges, and pain points of prospective customers. Engage in building and presenting quotes under the guidance of the team. Own the process from start to finish, following the lead through its cycle. Work closely in guiding the JR BDR and supporting their process. Ensure accurate data management and communication history by updating customer information, activities, and interactions within the provided Google Sheet. Collaborate with the sales lead to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets. Achieve predetermined activity targets on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Requirements and skills: Advanced English level (C1+). 3 to 4 years of previous logistics sales experience in the USA industry is a must. Strong preference for experience selling logistics solutions into the mid-market & enterprise level space, specifically small parcels B2C. Proactive mindset, ability to multitask. Eager to learn and work with various departments in the company. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
