The position will be assigned a set number of accounts as defined by the Country Sales Team Lead .
This position's main priority is fostering new business growth and 100% account retention of his/her portfolio.
Responsabilidades What you'll do as a Logistic Sales Expert?• Build relationships with both new prospects and existing customers through virtual meetings, phone calls, and presentations• Sell and promote transportation solutions to new or active customers and follow up sales requests that contributes to the promotion of the company and increase sale revenue.• Work with Customer Care Teams to ensure all customer inquiries are promptly addressed• Collaborate with colleagues across the clients organization to share knowledge and best practices• Stay up-to-date on logistics market trends and developments• Negotiate and close deals to grow revenue• Manage the sales process from start to finish using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system• Be knowledgeable about all company products and services• Use all available resources to achieve sales goals• Provide excellent customer service that exceeds customer expectations Requisitos Required Skills:• Strong oral and written communication skills with minimum B2 English level• Effective presentation and customer relations skills, with excellent listening skills• Outstanding organizational skills• Good analytical skills with attention to detail• Goal oriented, self-disciplined, and self-motivated to produce results• Ability to work well in a fast paced environment• Excellent problem solving skillsEnjoy:Weekends OFFSite in North PointSalary COP $2'200.000Uncapped comissionsGrowth opportunitiesPaid TrainingLong-term contract.Career development programsCoworkers fundVolunteering programsConnect with other cultures and be part of the world's largest interactions team.
