We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Logistics Operation Specialist After Hours (in Bogota, Colombia On Site). Position is available immediately. Responsibilities: Create and maintain strong relationships with carriers, custom brokers, internal team members, and clients. Negotiate with shippers and carriers. Monitor shipment tracking for pickup and delivery. Collaborate with shippers, receivers, carriers, and customs agents to ensure timely pickups and deliveries (including all documentation and appointments). Track status with carriers, shippers, customs brokers and keep clients/all parties advised of status. Prepare required shipping documentation. Load data entry with all proper info provided by Trader/Customer. Book trucks. Negotiate rates with carriers. Request POD once the load is delivered. Assist Accounting, sales, and other departments with information and any problems with the loads. Qualifications: College diploma or bachelor's degree in logistics, transportation, international trade or related. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken). French is an asset. Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and independently. Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and meet scheduled deadlines. Solutions-focused, dynamic, team player, problem-solving oriented, and self-starter attitude. Schedule: 9 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday / 10 am to 7 pm Monday to Friday.
