As a Logistics Coordinator you will analyze, interpret data, and provide logistics information to aid cost-effective, efficient, timely, and high-quality logistics solutions.

Solve customer inquiries through email and calls.

Responsible for quoting, booking and sales outreach Confirm pickup number, pallet count, seal or no seal, case count.
Reefer loads always check for temperature.

Minimum requirements: Studies: A high school diploma is required .
Additional studies in International Business, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Foreign Languages, Foreign Trade, or related fields in Logistics are considered a plus .
Experience: Over 1 year of experience in bilingual customer service, operations or logistics.
Language: Very good English skills.
B2+ or higher is preferred.
Perks: Schedule: Friday, Saturday and Sunday 2 :00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. , following the American Calendar.
Contract: Indefinite term contract + Benefits.
Location: Only for Medellin Salary: 2.600.000 COP + Recharges.
