The Role
- Serve as the main intermediary between shippers and carriers, optimizing logistical strategies.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while strengthening existing client partnerships.
- Negotiate terms and rates with carriers, ensuring competitive pricing and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate scheduling and tracking of shipments, managing logistics from start to finish.
- Handle all documentation,
ensuring adherence to industry regulations.
- Utilize platforms such as HubSpot, Slack, and Rose Rocket to streamline operations.
- Maintain an active LinkedIn presence to engage with industry professionals and promote our services.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred to effectively communicate with regional stakeholders.
- Advanced problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Knowledge of freight broker laws and regulations.

Ideal Profile
- Minimum of 3 years experience in freight brokerage, familiar with FTL and LTL shipments.
- Experience in cold storage or refrigerated goods logistics is a plus.
- Proficient in logistics software, Google Suite, and CRM tools.
- Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain professional relationships.
