LOOKING FOR LAT-AM CANDIDATES Position : Logistics Coordinator Working Hours : M - F, 7:00am - 4:00pm, CST/ 8:00pm - 5:00am, PHT Salary Range : $ 1,250 Job Details: Seeking an all-rounder for freight logistics (20%) and bookkeeping (80%) tasks.
QuickBooks & Excel proficiency crucial; Primary focus: 20% freight logistics, 80% bookkeeping/transactional tasks Key Responsibilities: Soliciting and comparing freight quotes (potential savings up to $1000/container) Managing international shipments (U.S. to Singapore, India, etc.)
Domestic truck freight coordination (10 shipments/month) QuickBooks data entry and reporting Handling freight quotes, carrier selection, and associated paperwork Qualifications: 2 years of relevant experience preferred Proficiency in office suites, especially Excel QuickBooks experience (or comparable accounting software) Understanding of freight and logistics processes Bookkeeping skills for transactional work International shipping experience is a BIG plus We prioritize the processing of one application at a time.
