Job Description This is a remote position. Scope: 40 hours a week Schedule: Mondays - Fridays, 8AM - 5PM New York Time (9 PM to 6 AM Manila Time) As a Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the needs of our clients. Your expertise in managing job listings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews will ensure that we maintain a competitive edge in the recruitment industry. Your ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and clients will be crucial to our success. Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates. Optimize job ad listings across various platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates. Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and craft compelling job descriptions that resonate with potential candidates. Screen and shortlist applicants based on their qualifications, experience, and alignment with job criteria. Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess candidate suitability and cultural fit. Coordinate and facilitate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Prepare, negotiate, and finalize job offers and employment contracts in line with company policies and client requirements. Stay updated with the latest trends in recruitment and continuously seek ways to improve the recruitment process. Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management. Collaborate with internal teams and provide insights on market trends, competitive intelligence, and talent landscape. Requirements: 2+ years experience in nationwide locum hiring across the U.S. Proven experience in the recruitment industry, particularly in healthcare staffing (registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, certified nurse assistants and Locum doctors). Proficiency in major online job platforms such as LinkedIn, Seek, and Indeed. Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Zoho, Bamboo HR, BreezyHR, etc. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
