The Role

You will be responsible for :


- Supporting the daily operations for loans servicing by ensuring all requests are processed in a timely and accurate manner, in line with internal service standards.
- Reviewing credit documents and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure documentation is complete as per the internal policy and guidelines.
- Monitoring of credit limits and exposures.
- Ensuring collateral valuation, monitoring and reconciliation with original documents.

Ideal Profile

- Experience in loan processing is a MUST.
- Responsible for Processing all Loan Applications received.
- Acquiring each document needed and verifying the validity of each
- Communicating with borrowers daily via phone, text, and email about application requirements
- Coordinating with lenders, real estate agents, and other relevant parties
- Updating Loan Proposals in company's CRM
- Experience in creating content through social media platforms is a MUST.
- Answering queries, and providing personalized assistance every step of the way.
- Willing to be cross-trained for other tasks needed for the job.

- Has initiative and is self-motivated to fulfill the task required by the client.
