Job Description: We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team! Outplex is looking for motivated and energetic individuals to work with us! Chat agents communicate with customers through live chat or email to answer questions, solve problems, and troubleshoot. Since they function on the front line of customer service, it is important that chat agents be comfortable communicating directly with customers. This is an On-site position. Our office is located in Chapinero, near the Los Rosales neighborhood, in Bogota. Duties and Responsibilities: As an Inbound Live Chat Sales Representative, you will have the following duties and responsibilities: Responding to customers, identifying customer issues, providing solutions, conversing in a polite and professional manner, and performing data entry. Respond to inbound chat inquiries and effectively rebuttal to retain customers that are looking to cancel services. Answer frequently asked questions and always provide the utmost customer service when chatting with customers/prospective customers. Skills and Specifications: To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications: Ability to multi-task as you will be taking multiple chats at once. Ability to work under pressure and be articulate and professional. Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality. Experience in sales and/or retention either via chat, email, or inbound calls. Effectively communicate the full range of available products and services offered. Customer service experience either face to face, phone, or chat. Experience with call centers is a plus. Sales and retention experience is a must! Chat or messaging experience is a plus. Ability to type at least 50 WPM with 0 errors. Ability to work independently researching information. Must be proficient on the computer which includes being able to navigate through the web and various tools provided. Must be motivated and sales-driven (bonus structure involved)!
