Position Description: O'Hagan Meyer is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate with at least two years of experience to join its Columbia, MD office.
This is an ideal opportunity for an attorney looking to handle a wide-range of civil litigation matters involving cutting-edge topics and sophisticated, interesting clients.

Our nationally honored and well-regarded attorneys represent a diverse range of clients in a wide variety of practice groups, including labor & employment, wage & hour, ERISA & employee benefits, commercial litigation, insurance coverage litigation, consumer financial services litigation, professional liability, products liability and tort litigation, sports law & NIL, cybersecurity and many others.
As a national law firm defending corporations, non-profits, associations and their officers & directors in every manner of litigation, O'Hagan Meyer provides individualized services that clients expect when defending cases against them.
The firm places an emphasis on strong legal work and excellent service while focusing on preventative counseling and a results-oriented approach to litigation.
Requirements: 2+ years of litigation experience including, general commercial litigation, professional liability litigation (especially healthcare, specialty care and senior living litigation), human trafficking and sexual abuse litigation, mass torts and class action, employment litigation, and/or products liability.
The ideal candidate will also be highly motivated to be part of a busy national practice, demonstrate initiative, assume responsibility for matters, and possess the interpersonal and communication skills to work well as part of a large, collaborative team.
Candidates must be licensed to practice law and in good standing in Maryland.
