Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents with impeccable writing skills.

Manage all phases of the litigation process, from case assessment through trial and appeals.

Ensure compliance with all litigation court rules and procedures.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Outstanding GPA from law school.

Minimum 2 years of litigation experience with a US-based law firm.

Strong understanding of litigation court rules and procedures.

Excellent legal writing and communication skills.

Proven ability to manage complex litigation cases and meet deadlines.

Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Experience:

Specific experience in consumer claims, real estate litigation, business litigation, and/or foreclosure cases.
