20 hours a week Mon-Sat flexible during Sydney Business hours About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven LinkedIn Marketer and Outreach Specialist to manage and grow the LinkedIn presence of a mass mobile video broadcasting service.
This role requires a strategic marketer with a proven track record in LinkedIn marketing and lead generation to drive the growth of our affiliate marketing business.
Scope of Work: Manage all LinkedIn activities, from content creation to lead nurturing.
Develop and execute LinkedIn-focused campaigns aligned with business goals.
Provide weekly performance reports and a detailed game plan for upcoming objectives.
Collaborate with leadership to ensure marketing efforts align with company vision and targets.
Key Responsibilities: LinkedIn Management & Growth Manage and expand the client's LinkedIn presence, focusing on brand awareness and engagement.
Develop and implement a content strategy to showcase the client's video broadcasting technology.
Regularly schedule and post engaging content tailored to a business audience.
Community Engagement Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries and comments on LinkedIn posts.
Foster relationships with potential clients by engaging with their content and profiles.
Lead Generation & Outreach Conduct targeted outreach to potential clients on LinkedIn, focusing on quality lead generation.
Nurture relationships with prospects to drive conversions and support affiliate marketing goals.
Collaboration & Reporting Work closely with the leadership team to understand the client's technical offerings and translate them into compelling marketing messages.
Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics weekly to refine and optimize strategies.
Requirements Experience: Proven track record in LinkedIn marketing and lead generation within a B2B context.
Solid evidence of previous success in growing LinkedIn social media presence (to be demonstrated during the interview).
Skills: Deep understanding of LinkedIn's algorithm, marketing principles, and best practices.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to create engaging, professional content tailored to business audiences.
Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of video broadcasting technology or willingness to learn.
Work Ethic & Attributes: Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
