Legal Intake Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Legal Intake Specialist for our client, a personal injury/employment law firm based in California. This is a full-time, remote position, with the schedule aligned to Pacific Standard Time (PST). The ideal candidate must have previous intake experience in a U.S.-based law firm, excellent English proficiency, and strong customer service skills. Responsibilities: Handle client intake calls and emails in both English and Spanish Gather and input detailed information about potential cases Provide excellent customer service to all prospective clients Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in the firm's case management system Follow up with leads and schedule consultations for attorneys Work closely with attorneys and support staff to ensure smooth case intake processes Qualifications: Bilingual (English/Spanish) with excellent written and verbal communication skills Prior experience as an intake specialist in a U.S.-based law firm (required) Strong customer service skills and ability to empathize with potential clients Proficiency with case management software and strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Experience in personal injury or employment law (preferred) At Reclatam, we are an equal opportunity employer.
