In order to continue our growth, we are seeking a Legal Case Coordinator!
They will support our team in managing legal claims, particularly personal injury cases.
This role involves handling various legal and administrative duties essential for coordinating personal injury claims, assisting attorneys, and ensuring claim processing efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have experience in personal injury claims, legal assistance, and claims administration, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced legal environment.
Key Responsibilities: Personal Injury Claims Management: Assist in the preparation and filing of personal injury claims, track claim status, and ensure all relevant documentation is complete and accurate.
Legal Support: Provide administrative support to attorneys, including drafting legal documents, managing case files, scheduling appointments, and coordinating court dates.
Claims Assistance: Coordinate with insurance companies, medical providers, and clients to collect and verify necessary information, ensuring all claims are processed promptly and accurately.
Client Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, answering inquiries, explaining claim processes, and providing updates on case progress.
Documentation Management: Maintain organized records for each claim, ensuring all files are up-to-date and comply with legal standards.
Research & Investigation: Conduct preliminary research related to claims, gather necessary case details, and assist in investigating incidents for claim validation.
Data Entry & Reporting: Enter and update data related to claims in internal systems and generate reports on claim statuses and outcomes.
Collaboration: Work closely with legal and insurance teams to ensure seamless coordination in handling personal injury claims and other legal matters.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements, maintain confidentiality, and uphold ethical standards in all claim-related activities.
Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in legal assistance, claims management, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams) and case management software.
Strong understanding of personal injury claims processes and legal terminology.
Experience handling sensitive client information and maintaining confidentiality.
Ability to read, interpret, and communicate documents in English.
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
