What You'll Do Review and approve high volume of legal service provider invoices, enforcing billing guidelines and ensuring adherence to accounting coding requirementsManually prepare and upload invoices as neededMonitor, investigate, and follow up with internal teams and outside firms to prevent, address, and provide updates on outstanding invoicesAssist with reminders and preparation of accruals for law firm unbilled timeRegularly liaise with internal and external stakeholders at all levels globally, including AP, accounting, legal team members, outside counsel, and external billing teamsWork closely with AP and Financial Operations teams to prevent and address integration errors, and assist with providing input on and maintenance of existing integrationsSubmit information for vendor updates and confirm banking information to facilitate smooth and timely paymentPartner with AP to manage the vendor onboarding processCreate and manage LegalTracker matters to ensure accurate accounting and annotation of spend and prompt update/closure of matters as necessaryOccasionally generate invoice, payment, and matter-related reports using WorkDay Financial and Legal Tracker functionalityProvide administrative support to the global legal team with regard to billing and matter managementWhat We're Looking For Domain: Legal Billing at a law firm OR on an in-house Legal TeamExperience with Workday Financial and LegalTrackerCollaborative environment: You will receive support and guidance from experienced colleagues and managers, helping you to learn, grow, and achieve your goals, and you'll work closely with other teams to ensure our customer's success.What Else You Need To Know This role is based in our Bogota office location.
