We are looking for a talented Legal Assistant/Paralegal to support our team, especially in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) transactions.

What You'll Do: Assist with changes and revisions to legal documents.
Facilitate the signing process for documents.
Handle government filings related to transactions.
Provide administrative support to the legal team.
Offer transactional support for M&A deals, including due diligence, data room management, and organizing teleconferences.
Provide occasional deal support for cross-border transactions requiring bilingual communication.
Collaborate with clients and other stakeholders to ensure seamless processes.
What We're Looking For: Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or legal support role.
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
Exceptional organization and multitasking skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and proactively.
Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Outstanding client-facing skills to maintain professional relationships.
Bonus Points: Previous marketing experience.
Familiarity with M&A processes and legal documentation.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 6 PM CST.
