We are looking for top talent to support Bizagi's rapid growth throughout Latam.
As a Legal Analyst, you will engage in legal, contractual, corporate, and legal operations matters, aiming to streamline departmental operations and ensure efficiency by supporting team members according to the guidelines set by the Senior Contract & Legal Operations Manager.
Key Tasks & Accountabilities General Legal Support:
Assist the legal department with corporate, contractual, and legal operations tasks.
Prepare and present legal documents as requested by various company areas.
Consolidate and compile legal information in designated repositories to ensure compliance and security.
Address queries from clients and internal departments to support effective legal management.Contract Negotiation:
Review NDAs and Supplier agreements.Legal Consultation and Advisory Services to internal customers:
Perform Legal Research on various topics for stakeholders and specific deals.
Provide research assistance for the development of legal concepts.Corporate and Governance:
Draft corporate minutes.
Maintain the Legal Subsidiary Framework to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
Assist with audit requirements for all subsidiaries.Disputes:
Provide updates on the status of lawsuits and claims.Privacy:
Assist with the completion of the Data Base National Registry before the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce.Legal Operations:
Create reports as needed.
Design effective RFPs that reflect business needs.
Develop policies and business flows for the legal team.
Assist with the implementation of the CLM system.
Support the procurement process and manage the legal archive.
Update and share the Forecast and the Standard Agreements.
Manage the External Lawyers Data Center to provide budget insights.
Oversee legal response times reports.Skills Advanced Level of English.
