As a Leads Specialist, you will be crucial in managing leads for the company. You will be responsible for calling potential customers, nurturing relationships with them, and ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads into the intake pipeline. Your primary objective will be to identify and connect the lead with the correct department and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company. Responsibilities: Leads Management: Develop and implement strategies to manage our leads received through email and in our CRM Pipelines with stages "New Leads", "No Stage", and "No Show/No Answer". Lead Qualification and Nurturing: Evaluate and qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure alignment with the company's customer profile. Contact leads and provide relevant information and resources to educate leads about the company's products or services, addressing their needs and concerns. Lead Tracking and Management: Implement a systematic approach to track and manage leads effectively using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software. Maintain accurate records of lead interactions, communications, and progress through the sales cycle. Regularly update lead status and provide detailed reports on lead performance metrics to the sales and marketing teams. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate closely with the intake department and other relevant teams to align lead-generation efforts with overall business objectives. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to provide insights, feedback, and recommendations for optimizing lead and conversion processes. Coordinate with intake representatives to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads and facilitate a smooth transition into the intake department. Qualifications: Proven experience in customer service, lead management, or related roles within a B2B or B2C environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and build relationships with prospects. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and make data-driven decisions. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other relevant lead tracking and management tools. Team player with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and work towards common goals. Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement. MUST BE BILINGUAL: English and Spanish required.
