Job Description Our Business Platforms team develops and manages integrated digital platforms that support various business functions, efficiency, connectivity, and innovation across the organization. They are experts in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Marketing Automation, Content Management Systems (CMS), Information Technology Management Systems (ITMS), E-Commerce, Intranet and InsurTech. Responsibilities: Provide advice in Salesforce technical areas. Respectfully challenge ambiguity or use of Salesforce in ways it wasn't intended to be used, while being adaptive and open to new ideas. Identify and propose opportunities for future developments with the client. Participate in building domain architecture, solutions, and business flows. Configure or develop new functionalities on top of Salesforce, using standard techniques for extending the platform. Provide active guidance on best practices and troubleshooting. Participate in sandbox management and deployments. Maintain recognized expert-level knowledge in Salesforce through certifications and staying up-to-date with the latest platform upgrades. Qualifications 8+ years of Salesforce development experience, with a strong focus on LWC. 5+ years of overall software development experience (Salesforce or other tech stack). Hands-on experience with integrating other systems with Salesforce. Experience developing data models and data flows. Expertise in developing and customizing Lightning Web Components (LWC). Functional expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud. Salesforce Certified Admin or Salesforce Platform Developer I. Salesforce Platform Developer II and any additional certifications are a plus. Experience leading teams. English proficiency at B2 level or higher. #J-18808-Ljbffr
