Growe welcomes those who are excited to: Continuously enhance the user experience by implementing new features and refining existing ones; Ensure the product and operations fully comply with regulatory requirements; Collaborate with Product Research and Analytics teams to gain deep insights into user behavior, needs, and motivations; Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis; Work closely with internal teams to improve the product's sportsbook, casino, platform, payments, and engagement functionalities; Run experiments and A/B tests to validate product hypotheses, from planning through to results analysis and implementation; Develop and execute operational and product roadmaps based on data insights and the product vision; Lead UI/UX enhancements in collaboration with the Design team, driven by data analysis; Create clear, detailed product specifications, user stories, and flowcharts; Lead and inspire a team of product specialists to successfully execute product initiatives; Prioritize, plan, and oversee product-related tasks, activities, and launches. We need your professional experience: 4+ years of Product Management/Ownership experience, preferably in a leadership role; Strong expertise in requirements scoping and documentation (user stories, PRDs, flowcharts, and diagrams); Practical experience in running product experiments and A/B tests; Deep understanding of the iGaming and Betting industry; Data-driven approach to decision-making and product development; Strong understanding of product architecture, development processes, and technical expertise; Experience with gambling industry regulations, particularly in the LatAm region, is highly desirable.
