:) We are looking for a Lead Marketing Operations Expert in Bogota, Colombia What you will do Stay up to date with new marketing tools; Define and execute A/B tests and experiments to grow number of leads and reduce costs across channels (Mass Mail, Linkedin, Paid Media, Inbound); Work with technical experts to share learnings and opportunities; Set up and track analytics.
Must haves +5 years in outbound marketing (Mass Mail, Linkedin); +3 years experience in Inbound Marketing (Paid Media, Content, SEO); +2 years of experience in data reporting; +5 years of experience in B2B Marketing; You have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal effectiveness, in one-on-one interactions and presenting to a room; Willingness to try new things and learn from them.
Nice to haves Experience in software development industry; You have a pro-active ability and a self-starter attitude to troubleshoot and solve problems; You have experience working in an Agile environment; You have self-awareness and a desire to continually improve; Experience in martech tools.
