We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generator with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our client's dynamic team in the financial sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads for our sales team. The primary focus will be on researching and reaching out to prospects through various channels to generate interest and create opportunities for business growth. Key Responsibilities: Prospecting: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential leads and target industries. Utilize online platforms, industry databases, and other resources to create a comprehensive list of prospects. Identify key decision-makers within target organizations. Outreach: Initiate contact with leads through cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach. Tailor communication strategies to engage with different types of leads. Qualify leads based on established criteria to ensure alignment with our ideal customer profile. Relationship Building: Nurture and build relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and pain points. Collaborate with the sales team to gather insights into customer requirements and preferences. Lead Qualification: Evaluate the potential of leads by assessing their level of interest, budget, and decision-making authority. Document and update lead information in the CRM system for easy tracking and reporting. Collaboration with Sales Team: Coordinate with the sales team to hand over qualified leads and provide relevant information for successful conversion. Participate in regular meetings to discuss lead generation strategies and share insights. Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation activities. Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Provide feedback and suggestions for optimizing lead generation processes. Please note this role will have most meetings in Pacific Time Zone. Minimum Requirements: From 2 to 4 years of proven experience in lead generation. Experience with high-volume data for lead conversion. Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and lead qualification criteria. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo). Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets. Expertise with Excel. Knowledge in Social Media. Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills.
