Responsibilities Conduct in-depth research to uncover potential leads across various industries requiring voice-over servicesDevelop and maintain comprehensive lists of prospective clients, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-dateUtilize the Nimble CRM system to verify and update contact information for leadsApply specific criteria provided by the voice actors to qualify leads effectivelyWork closely with voice actors to gain a deep understanding of target markets and buyer personasManage and organize the lead database with meticulous attention to detailAssist with data entry and CRM management tasks to keep all systems currentGenerate regular reports on lead generation metrics and provide insights for continuous improvementStay informed about industry trends and new potential markets for voice-over servicesRequirements Proven experience in lead generation or a similar role within a fast-paced environmentProficiency in using CRM systems, particularly NimbleStrong research skills with the ability to find and analyze relevant data quickly and efficientlyExcellent attention to detail and capability to manage large datasets accuratelyFamiliarity with lead research tools such as Hunter.io and ApolloOutstanding communication skills in English, both written and verbalBasic understanding of the voice-over industry or a strong willingness to learn quicklySelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote settingAdaptability and eagerness to learn new tools and techniques in the ever-evolving field of lead generationPassion for the media and entertainment industry is a plus
