The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients through various outreach methods, including LinkedIn, Facebook, email, and cold calling. This role requires expertise in lead generation strategies, proficiency in using sales tools, and the ability to create campaigns that generate qualified leads and set meetings with prospects.
Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Prospecting:Identify and research potential clients in target markets.Execute outreach campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and email. Utilize Sales Navigator to source and qualify prospects effectively.Conduct cold calling to initiate contact and qualify leads.Campaign Management:Design and manage lead generation campaigns using tools like HubSpot and Lemlist.Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results.Collaborate with the Head of Sales Development to refine strategies and target audiences.Communication & Relationship Building:Engage with prospects to understand their needs and position our solutions effectively.Schedule and set up meetings for the sales team.Maintain open and professional communication with the Head of Sales Development and team members.CRM & Tool Management:Update and maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and progress in HubSpot.Leverage Notion to document workflows and track campaign performance.Use Lemlist to create personalized email outreach campaigns.Qualifications:Proven experience in lead generation, prospecting, and outreach.
Knowledge of lead generation strategies and tools, including Sales Navigator and HubSpot.
Proficiency in campaign creation and management on platforms like Lemlist.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to independently manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Familiarity with Notion for documentation and project management.
Experience in cold calling and setting up sales meetings.
Knowledge of social media outreach strategies, especially on LinkedIn and Facebook.
