The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads, creating new business opportunities, and contributing to the overall sales strategy. You will play a key role in driving growth by generating high-quality leads and nurturing them through the initial stages of the sales funnel. Key Responsibilities: Lead Identification: Research and identify potential leads through various sources, including online research, industry databases, social media, and networking events. Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they meet the company's target customer profile. Outreach and Engagement: Initiate contact with potential leads via email, phone calls, social media, and other communication channels to introduce the company's products or services. Database Management: Maintain and update the lead database with accurate information, including contact details, interactions, and status updates. Follow-Up: Follow up with leads to nurture relationships, address inquiries, and move them through the sales funnel. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies with overall business objectives and ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads. Reporting: Track and report on lead generation activities, metrics, and performance. Provide insights and recommendations for improving lead generation efforts. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively target and engage potential leads. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required). Experience: Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or a related role. Experience with CRM software and lead generation tools is a plus. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients. Proficiency in using lead generation and CRM software. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets. Fluent in Both English and Spanish Attributes: Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
