Essential Job Functions:
The Lead Generation/Sales Executive works as part of the Business Development Team and reports to the Team Manager.
Specifically, they are responsible for the following:
- Conducts research and mapping of the market to identify areas of growth and focus for the sales team;
- Cultivates good relationships and follow-up activities with client prospects to move opportunities through the sales funnel;
- Organizes the results and hands over qualified leads to the sales team;
- Tracks and provides feedback on lead sourcing activities; and
- Performs additional tasks or projects assigned by the CEO.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business needs,
providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats. Utilize market research to develop data-driven strategies.
- Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns. Use data to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing our digital marketing services and demonstrating how they can benefit their businesses.
- Identify and cultivate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and inbound marketing efforts.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure profitable deals while meeting their needs.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, creative, and analytics, to ensure the successful execution of campaigns and projects.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, ethical standards, and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, with a minimum of 3 years experience in Lead Generation, Cold Calling, and Client Prospecting.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and marketing automation tools.
