Working schedule: 9-6 pm Monday - Friday. 4 days in office, Tuesdays work from home. TourHero is a social travel platform revolutionizing how people explore the world together. The Role: As a Lead Generation Associate, you'll be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads to help expand our partnerships. You'll focus on reviewing profiles and managing data efficiently while crafting personalized outreach emails. This is your chance to be part of a close-knit team where your efforts will directly contribute to our growth and success. Responsibilities: Identify and qualify leads, focusing on Instagram creators and key profiles that align with TourHero's partnerships. Manage lead data using Google Sheets/Excel, ensuring accuracy and proper classification. Conduct thorough lead qualification tasks, which include reviewing profiles, evaluating potential partnerships, and categorizing leads based on specific criteria, all while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. Work closely with the Outreach and Business Development teams to meet daily and weekly targets. Requirements: 1+ years of experience in a similar role or relevant field. Strong knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel and attention to detail in data management. Excellent grammar skills for evaluating and crafting personalized email phrases. Comfort with repetitive, manual work and the ability to stay focused. A motivated, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to contribute to team success.
