Lawyer specializing in labor law About the Company: IGC Pharma SAS is based in Bogota and is a subsidiary of an NYSE-listed U.S. start-up clinical-stage pharmaceutical company that focuses on preventing and managing Alzheimer's and other CNS diseases. We are looking for an experienced labor lawyer to join our team. The selected professional will be responsible for managing all labor aspects of the company, ensuring compliance with current regulations and providing legal advice on labor matters. Main Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive advice on labor law and social security matters. Represent the company in labor proceedings and procedures before the competent authorities. Draft and review labor contracts, internal regulations, and related policies. Manage strategies for the prevention and resolution of labor conflicts. Advise on the implementation of current labor regulations. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate labor consulting. Updated knowledge of Colombian labor regulations. Negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Excellent writing and legal analysis skills. Skills and Competencies: Legal Knowledge: Deep understanding of Colombian labor legislation and its practical application. Negotiation and Conflict Resolution: Ability to negotiate agreements and resolve labor conflicts effectively. Analysis and Decision Making: Ability to analyze complex situations and make informed and strategic decisions. Continuous Updating: Commitment to constant updating in labor legislation and jurisprudence. Conditions: Contract for the provision of services / Work or labor.
