Latin America Chief Operations Officer Full Time Hybrid Model In this role, you will be responsible for implementing global sales strategies, processes, and initiatives with a focus on sales transformation.

As part of the leadership team, your key responsibilities will include : Sales Operations Strategy : Develop and execute a regional sales operations strategy aligned with company goals.

Ensure flawless execution of the global operating model. Optimize sales processes for efficiency and productivity. Collaborate with marketing, finance, people & culture, and other functions.

Sales Transformation : Oversee regional sales transformation efforts. Improve sales organization structures, systems, tools, and processes.

Promote the adoption of new technologies and data analytics for decision-making. Sales Performance Analytics : Establish key sales metrics, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms.


Conduct performance reviews and develop strategies to address gaps. Use data analytics for sales forecasting, territory planning, pipeline management, and quota setting.

Sales Enablement : Work with the Global Sales Enablement team to develop training programs and resources. Ensure sales teams have access to necessary collateral and information.

Promote a culture of continuous learning and skill development. Cross-functional Collaboration : Partner with sales leaders, marketing teams, finance, operations, and people & culture to align strategies.

Develop sales compensation plans and incentive programs. Foster communication and collaboration across global sales teams.

We would expect you to have as mandatory : Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field Proven experience in sales operations leadership roles, preferably in a global or multinational company Strong background in sales transformation, driving organizational change, and implementing sales effectiveness initiatives In-depth knowledge of sales processes, sales enablement, and sales performance analytics Demonstrated success in leveraging technology, CRM systems, and data analytics to drive sales growth Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence at all levels of the organization Desirable Skills MBA or advanced degree Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and project management abilities Soft Skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced,
