About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced LATAM Senior Advanced TV Solutions Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our LATAM expansion, you will be responsible for driving the adoption and success of our advanced TV advertising solutions across the region. You will leverage your deep understanding of the LATAM media landscape, your technical expertise in programmatic and advanced TV, and your exceptional communication skills to consult with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders. Responsibilities: Lead the development and execution of advanced TV strategies for key clients and agencies in LATAM. Serve as a subject matter expert on advanced TV solutions, providing guidance and support to sales, marketing, and product teams. Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that clearly articulate the value proposition of our solutions. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful campaign execution and delivery. Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, identifying new opportunities to enhance our offerings. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at agencies and brands. Contribute to the development and refinement of internal processes and best practices. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in digital advertising, with a strong focus on programmatic and advanced TV. Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and exceeding client expectations. Deep understanding of the LATAM media landscape, including key players, trends, and challenges. Strong technical knowledge of programmatic platforms, ad servers, and data management platforms (DMPs). Familiarity with ClearChannel Outdoor, DMPs, DSPs, programmatic buying, SSPs, and the Agile framework. Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively translate complex ideas into actionable solutions. Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with data and analytics. Fluency in Spanish and English is required. Portuguese fluency is a plus.
