Job Overview : As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the work of team members, providing guidance, support, and feedback, and ensuring that all team members meet their performance goals.
You will play a crucial role in coordinating and assigning tasks, ensuring the team works cohesively to achieve its objectives.
Responsibilities : Oversee the work of team members, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure performance goals are met. Coordinate and assign tasks to team members to achieve the team's objectives. Provide ongoing training and coaching to the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge, keeping them updated on product knowledge and sales techniques. Assist in negotiating and closing high-value deals, and provide support in resolving complex sales issues. Oversee the sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of prospects and deals, managing the sales process from lead generation to closing. Review customer emails and communications to ensure they align with our brand guidelines. Create resources and materials for the team to share externally with partners. Observe external introduction calls and provide feedback to associates who are assisting our customers. Track and analyze sales metrics and performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies and team productivity. Collaborate with different departments within the organization to ensure projects and initiatives align with overall goals and objectives. Complete ad-hoc tasks across entities, including month-end close relevant tasks. Requirements : A bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in a B2B environment; food tech experience is a bonus. Experience in leading a sales team of at least 3-5 Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). Skills in conducting sales training, managing pipelines, developing sales strategies, overseeing deal management, and closing deals. Excellent English communication and presentation skills. Strong research and analytical skills. A detail-oriented follow-up strategy. Knowledgeable in Google Suite and Hubspot.
