Position : Sales Representative

Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm EST Salary Range : 1300 - 1800 USD (Final offer will depend on the client's approval and assessment of the candidate's overall qualifications)

About the job : As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in our growth strategy by driving sales and promoting our engineering services.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic team environment, utilizing your sales expertise to capitalize on provided leads and contribute to the company's ongoing success.

Duties and Responsibilities : Follow Sales Script: Effectively communicate with potential clients according to provided sales scripts to convert leads into sales opportunities. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and goals set by the company. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly. Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and updates to management on sales activities, progress, and challenges. Qualifications : Language Skills: Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Sales Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in industries such as insurance, automotive, real estate, or solar sales. CRM Tools: Proficiency with CRM software tools, such as Salesforce, to manage leads, opportunities, and client interactions effectively.
