?????Develop Project-Based Client Training Programs Create project-based training courses to teach clients how to design, implement, and maintain solutions using Power BI, SQL, Azure, and the Microsoft Power Platform.
Customize courses and training materials to address specific client needs and technical requirements.

Establish and Document SOPs and Best Practices Develop and maintain SOPs based on industry best practices, ensuring consistent approaches to solution design, development, and deployment.
Document detailed technical workflows, troubleshooting guides, and solution architectures.
Update SOPs and best practice documents regularly to reflect evolving standards and technology updates.

Collaborate with the Professional Services Team Partner with our consulting and technical teams to identify documentation and process gaps.
Develop process documentation, templates, and checklists to enhance service delivery quality.
Proactively gather feedback on training and documentation needs and adjust materials accordingly.

Continuous Improvement and Knowledge Sharing Stay current with Power BI, Acterys, SQL, and Microsoft Power Platform updates, integrating new functionalities and approaches into training and documentation.
Foster knowledge sharing within the company by creating and presenting training materials, technical documentation, and internal workshops.
