About the Role: They're looking for a creative and analytical full-time Paid Search Media Buyer with a passion for performance marketing and PPC advertising to join our team remotely.
You will create & manage ads using the Google ad buying platform, and collaborate with our team to formulate strategic action plans for each client.
The ideal candidate is both creative and performance-driven, a team player who is also a proactive and independent thinker.
Applicants should have an understanding of paid digital advertising or e-commerce marketing and an aptitude for analyzing data and identifying performance trends.

Responsibilities: Manage paid search media ad budgets, making adjustments to ensure KPIs are hitting goals Create and traffic ads daily using the Google ad buying interface, with strong attention to detail & ensuring client ads are without error Perform weekly reporting on specific initiatives or overall account performance Build recurring and ad hoc reports and internal account analyses that are both performance & creative development-driven Strategize, execute and manage a variety of client Google ad campaigns Translate technical concepts into actionable, tactical and strategic action plans Familiarize yourself with client products & come up with promotional strategies on paid search Continuously measure and optimize campaign performance while also establishing benchmarks and recommending future tests Gather data on consumer, competitor, and market conditions.
Requirements An Advanced outstanding English level, spoken and written.
BA/BS degree or equivalent media buying/ advertising analyst experience 1-3 years experience in paid digital advertising or a related fields such as financial services, consulting, performance marketing, media buying, lead generation, or other quantitative/data-driven fields Knowledge of Google Ads Manager (Google Ads certified preferred) Proven ability to maintain strong internal, external, and client relationships Strong attention to detail and time management skills including the ability to handle multiple projects and ongoing work items; while effectively managing changing priorities.
Strong, professional verbal and written communication Strong analytical track record Proactive, organized, and able to work well individually and in a team environment (self-starter who thrives in a startup environment) Strong knowledge of performance marketing and KPIs vital to e-commerce such as ROAS, CAC/CPA, Conversion Rate, AOV, etc.
(preferred) Understanding of the online advertising industry and paid search landscape (preferred) Experience working with Excel/Google Sheets for reporting metrics, including constructing pivot tables (preferred) Experience working on Marketing Decks (preferred) Capable of navigating Google Analytics, Shopify, or other platforms.
(preferred) Experience managing monthly media budgets of $50,000 or higher.
