Position : OPERATIONS SUPPORT MANAGER Work Hours : Monday to Friday, 6am - 3pm Timezone : PST Holidays : US holidays Pay Range : USD 1,200 - 1,500 per month ????(The final offer is at the client's discretion and will be based on the candidate's skills and years of experience.)

Organize documentation, schedules, and key communications for seamless operations.
Project and Task Management: Oversee project workflows, delegate responsibilities, and ensure milestones are met on time.
Manage upwards by organizing multifaceted initiatives and maintaining structured yet adaptable processes.
Act as a key integrator, ensuring alignment across teams and projects.
Operational Efficiency: Identify inefficiencies and proactively recommend process improvements.
Take ownership of tasks, driving them to completion with minimal supervision.
Technology and Startup Expertise: Utilize CRM systems and project management tools to maintain project and client organization.
Understand the unique demands of startup ecosystems, recruiting, home-based service models, and nonprofit fundraising.
Leverage technology to improve operations and implement innovative solutions.
Proactive Problem-Solving: Address challenges directly, applying critical thinking and decision-making to achieve objectives in fluid situations.
Anticipate needs and take the initiative to resolve issues before they arise.

QUALIFICATIONS: ???????Proven 3+ years experience as an Executive Assistant, Project Manager, or similar role.
Strong organizational and project management skills, including managing complex workflows.
Proficiency in CRM platforms and tools such as Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
Experience working in startups, recruiting, nonprofits, or home-based service models is a plus.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle ambiguity with confidence and make decisions under pressure.
