Senior Marketing Manager (Social Media Focus) Location: Remote Salary: 2,000 - 3,000 USD Schedule: 9am-5pm PST About Us: Our client is a growing company with an active presence on TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and various other social platforms.
Currently, we generate approximately 250 leads per month through our social media outreach, with each converted lead valued at $8,000.
We are looking to scale our lead generation efforts, improve conversion rates for in-person appointments, and expand our brand presence.
The Role: We are seeking a talented Senior Marketing Manager with a strong emphasis on social media marketing.
In this role, you will lead and execute our social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and conversion rates.
You will oversee a team of three contractors (1 based in the US and 2 international), ensuring smooth collaboration and exceptional performance.
Responsibilities: Develop and execute innovative social media campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and other platforms.
Lead a team of 3 marketing professionals (1 stateside, 2 abroad) with a focus on teamwork, performance, and growth.
Increase lead generation and improve conversion rates for in-person appointments.
Analyze marketing metrics and continuously optimize strategies to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
Collaborate with the broader marketing team to align social media efforts with overall business objectives.
Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep JD at the forefront of the industry.
Qualifications: Proven experience as a Senior Marketing Manager or similar role with a strong emphasis on social media marketing.
Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing teams, both domestic and international.
