This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who can effectively manage campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and drive results to maximize our venue's visibility and engagement.Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management: Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. Create, schedule, and manage content across all social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn). Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies as needed. Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage with existing clients. Segment email lists and personalize content to maximize open rates and conversions. Analyze email performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly. SMS Marketing: Develop and manage SMS marketing campaigns to reach and engage our audience. Ensure compliance with SMS marketing regulations and best practices. Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments. Marketing Strategy & Execution: Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote events and the venue. Coordinate with the creative team to develop promotional materials, including graphics and copy. Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to meet marketing objectives. Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of all marketing campaigns using relevant metrics and tools. Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, ROI, and insights for continuous improvement. Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with the sales and event planning teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals. Collaborate with external vendors and partners as needed to enhance marketing initiatives. Qualifications: Proven experience in managing social media, email, and SMS marketing campaigns. Experience in the event or wedding industry is a plus. Strong proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Mailchimp, SMS marketing platforms). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights. Creative thinking with strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines. Familiarity with event promotion and venue marketing is advantageous.
