About the job :
The client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented LATAM Marketing Assistant to join their dynamic marketing team.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the company's marketing efforts for their two corporate brands : The networking group for CISOs and Cybersecurity Executives with 17 clubs across the U.
S. and a Value Added Reseller of SaaS Security and Managed Security Products for Mid Sized Businesses (1,000 to 5,000 Employees) and Large Sized Businesses (5,000+ Employees).
This marketing position will be focused on demand generation using LinkedIn and email outreach and will be instrumental in helping us reach and engage with CISOs and other key decision-makers in the cybersecurity industry.

Duties and Responsibilities :
Social Media Management : Manage and schedule daily posts on LinkedIn,
focusing on our extensive portfolio of over 300 cybersecurity vendors and posting daily on LinkedIn about events, speakers, sponsors, and topics.
Create engaging content about our vendors, clients, and industry trends to build brand awareness and drive engagement. This role will also be responsible for coordinating the company's events across 17 clubs in the U.
S. working closely with the sponsorship team and club hosts of the company
- Content Creation : Assist in writing articles, blog posts, and other marketing materials. Develop content for our "Cyber Breakfast Club" series, highlighting key insights and customer stories.
- Campaign Support : Collaborate with the marketing team to execute targeted campaigns aimed at CISOs in the U.S. market.
Help organize and promote both in-person and virtual online events such as webinars and in-person breakfast club meetings and social events.
Marketing Tools & Software : Utilize Canva for creating visually appealing marketing materials, leveraging the extensive library of templates.
Manage tasks using Microsoft Teams Planner and communicate effectively through Slack and Zoom.
- CRM Management : Assist in managing lead data and marketing campaigns in Pipedrive. Experience with Salesforce.com and Pipedrive is a plus.
- Vendor Relations : Support the marketing team in highlighting vendor partnerships, ensuring that we effectively communicate the value of our solutions to potential clients.
Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the cybersecurity industry or a related field.
- Familiarity with marketing tools like Canva, Pipedrive, Salesforce.com, Microsoft Teams, Slack, and Zoom.
- High level of English proficiency, both written and verbal. Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to craft compelling content and engage with a professional audience.
