[Latam] M&A Financial Analyst

Position : M&A FINANCIAL ANALYST Work Hours : Monday to Friday, 8 - 5pm or 9-6pm Holidays : to be determined Pay Range : USD 2,750 - 3,500 / per month (The final offer is at the client's discretion and will be based on the candidate's skills and years of experience.) Interview Process : to be determined Company Overview : C commercial loan brokerage specializes in SBA financing. Duties and Responsibilities : Develop comprehensive executive summaries and 4-5 page deal models for bank financing proposals. Conduct client meetings over Zoom to discuss deals in detail, walk through underwriting models, build cash flow models, structure deals, and produce high-quality executive write-ups. Work on special projects, such as conducting market research, creating case studies, or analyzing data. Support process improvements by suggesting refinements to templates and documentation. Minimum Requirements : Experience: 3+ years in M&A underwriting, finance, or a similar field. Technical Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are critical.
