Position: Lead Generation Virtual Assistant
Working Hours: Part-Time, 20 hours per week (flexible 3-4 hours per day)
Salary: $7 per hour plus generous commissions
Commission: Likely commission $200-$400 per month
About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Generation Virtual Assistant to join our team.
This role requires a professional with strong communication skills and a proven track record in lead generation.
You will play a critical role in identifying potential clients, nurturing leads, and supporting our sales team.
Key Responsibilities: Research and identify potential leads in targeted industries.Manage and update leads in Zoho CRM, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.Conduct outreach campaigns via email, social media, and other platforms to generate new leads.Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and provide regular updates to the sales team.Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective lead-generation strategies.Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements for better results.Maintain strong communication with prospects and respond to inquiries promptly (if needed over the phone).Minimum Requirements: A minimum of 5-6 years of professional experience in lead generation or a related field.Proficiency in Zoho CRM or similar platforms.Strong communication skills, with minimal to no accent, ensuring clarity in interactions.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve targets.Familiarity with lead generation tools and strategies is a plus.
