Position : Investor Relationship Manager Work Hours (Client) : M-F, 9 am - 5 pm, EST Pay Range : 1,500 - 2,000 USD (depending on interview assessment and client's approval) About the company: Institutionally backed Real Estate Investments company managing a $2 Billion National Real Estate Portfolio & growing Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing investor relations activities, including communication and reporting.
Support deal origination efforts through market research and analysis.
Create and implement efficient administrative procedures to streamline operations.
Collaborate with team members to enhance business development strategies.
Maintain accurate records and data entry related to investor communications and deal flow.
Utilize Microsoft Office suite effectively and adapt independently to new software tools like Salesforce and other CRMs as needed.
Qualifications: 5+ years of experience Investor Relations specialist role Experience in private equity.
(big bonus) Proven experience in administrative roles with heavy CRM/data management procedures.
Strong communication skills, particularly in remote work settings.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to independently learn and utilize new software tools and systems.
Creative thinker with a strategic approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
Familiarity with investor relations practices and CRE private equity is advantageous.
Attributes: Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data management and reporting.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for operational enhancement.
Understanding of the broader goals of real estate and private equity investments.
Current long-term and successful personalities within Astor are individuals who are always looking above and beyond to understand and improve, are independent and free thinkers, and do not rely on other members of the team for instruction or heavy guidance.
