Interview Process : 1 or 2 client interviews Company Overview: We are an award-winning boutique firm specializing in Manufactured Housing Communities and RV Resorts, exclusively focusing on both brokerage and financing services Duties and Responsibilities: Email Management: Handle and organize 150-250 emails per day, ensuring timely responses and effective inbox management.
Administrative Tasks: Manage paperwork, assist with wire transfers, gather vendor quotes, and handle other routine office tasks.
Calendar & Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and calls, ensuring efficient use of time.
Travel Coordination: Book travel arrangements and handle any changes to travel plans, including hotels, flights, and local transportation.
Financial Coordination: Assist with basic financial tasks such as coordinating taxes, processing wire transfers, moving funds, and supporting investment-related duties.

Research & Reports: Conduct basic research on properties, vendors, and other business-related needs.
Personal Assistance: Assist with personal tasks for the executive, as needed.
Excel Proficiency: Maintain organization and tracking of data using basic Excel functions.
Minimum Requirements: Executive Assistant Experience: Proven experience managing a wide range of administrative and personal tasks for executives, preferably in real estate finance or a similar field.
Financial Aptitude: Comfort with handling numbers and assisting in investment-related tasks (basic knowledge of financial processes preferred).
English Proficiency: Excellent spoken and written English skills, with a focus on clear and professional communication.
Versatility: Willingness to handle a variety of tasks, both business-related and personal, with a proactive approach.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for organizational purposes.
