Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to gather early career hiring requirements in the Latam region, providing market insights and consulting on market trends. Design & execute strategy to attract, select & onboard the best & most diverse early career talent to NIQ. This will include defining & coordinating relationships with universities, enhance the visibility of the company brand on social media, building a diverse & inclusive strategy, using our EVP and partner with our branding team to generate content to attract best talent. Partner with vendors in the region to ensure delivery of plan: review contractual agreements, service deliverables, follow-up on execution and payment of services when completed. Provide advice on assessment methodology, onboarding and training for early career talent. Have regular Business reviews with stakeholders to discuss progress, opportunities, successes and actions in place. Create project plans and follow-up on these to ensure delivery of hiring targets. Support the execution of these hiring plans by screening, interviewing & following up with relevant candidates from application through to offer and until training is completed. Ensure data is entered in the ATS with accuracy, generate insights, and present findings to stakeholders. Demonstrate proficiency in English communication skills across all types of interactions. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in campus recruitment Understanding of recruitment processes, project management and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and HR partners. Ability to drive change effectively Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines. Adaptability and willingness to embrace change and continuous learning. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Experience in utilizing sourcing tools and techniques effectively. Familiarity with different Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software. Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and generate insights for process improvement. Experience in employer branding activities and social media recruitment strategies.
