LOOKING FOR LATIN AMERICAN CANDIDATES RESIDING WITHIN LATIN AMERICAN REGIONS Position: Customer Success Representative Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm EST Salary: $1300-$1500 USD/ month Role Overview We are currently expanding our team and are looking for a skilled Customer Success Representative to support childcare businesses that have upgraded to our paid subscription.
This is a high-energy, client-facing account management role requiring a passion for supporting customers in the small business segment.
Responsibilities Hold onboarding meetings with new customers over Google Meet to help them get the most out of the product.
Effectively update, monitor, and respond to customer questions.
Analyze data to find opportunities and communicate learnings to customers and internal stakeholders.
Provide feedback to the Product Team to help iterate on our value offering to childcare businesses.
Requirements More than 2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or related field.
Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
Proficient in GSuite, a CRM (we use Hubspot), and other productivity tools.
Ability to translate technology and data to a non-technical audience.
Experience working for a technology startup or SaaS company preferred.
