??????LOOKING FOR LATIN AMERICAN CANDIDATES RESIDING WITHIN LATIN AMERICAN REGIONS Job Title: Clinical Communication Specialist (Remote – Bilingual English/Spanish) Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time (CT) Salary: 800 to 1200 USD Key Responsibilities: Receive and accurately document patient messages and inquiries Prioritize and relay patient messages to appropriate physicians and providers Understand and follow orthopedic outpatient protocols Assess the urgency of patient concerns, particularly regarding post-operative care and potential infections Interpret and follow surgeons' protocols accurately Assist with administrative tasks as assigned Requirements: Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) At least 2 years of clinical background, preferably with foreign medical school or nursing school experience (US-credentialed program preferred) Strong understanding of basic orthopedic outpatient protocols Ability to execute a protocol Excellent communication and documentation skills Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established protocols Proficiency in relevant medical terminology Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience with Epic Electronic Medical Record system Strong interpersonal abilities Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion A sense of urgency in resolving patient concerns Thorough understanding of HIPAA compliance and regulations Important Note: As this position is based outside of Illinois, the role does not involve providing medical advice.
