LOOKING FOR LATIN AMERICAN CANDIDATES RESIDING WITHIN LATIN AMERICAN REGIONS Position: LatAm Business Development Representative Salary Range: 1,300 - 1,500 USD Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST Overview of the Position We are currently expanding our team and are looking for a skilled Business Development Representative to promote our paid subscription to childcare businesses.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities: Proactively reach out to childcare businesses utilizing our free service to introduce the benefits of our paid subscription.
Set up and conduct meetings with prospective business owners to discuss their needs and how our paid subscription can meet those needs.
Host discovery calls for clients to express interest in upgrading, providing detailed information on the features, benefits, and value of our paid subscription priced at $299 per center per month.
Employ effective selling techniques to persuade customers to upgrade, emphasizing the enhanced features and overall value of our paid subscription.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities including sales.
Requirements More than 2 years of experience in business development, sales or related field, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
Strong experience in conducting discovery meetings, understanding client needs, and closing deals effectively.
Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively to a variety of audiences.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a strong commitment to developing new business opportunities.
Experience in subscription-based sales or similar industries is preferred.
