We are looking for a great team player to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Wilkinson Sword, Schick, Hawaiian Tropic, Carefree, Bulldog Skincare, Jack Black and recently acquired Cremo Grooming… just to name a few!). Now, Let's Get Down to Business Reporting to our Global Business Services Senior Manager, you will provide strong oversight and support the relationship with 3rd party provider for all AP related activities. You will also identify opportunities for PTP (procure to pay) process improvements with a focus on driving flawless delivery of service and continuity of outsourcing activities and evaluate and resolve issues with accounts payable processes by performing research and analysis and using critical thinking to arrive at solutions. The Team Lead Accounts Payable LATAM is part of the Global Business Services Accounts Payable team which serves as a center of excellence and expertise for all Accounts Payable (AP) activities in strong collaboration with our 3rd party business process outsource (BPO) provider. The Team Lead Accounts Payable LATAM plays a key role in planning and executing projects in support of Corporate Procure to Pay (PTP) initiatives, provides analysis and support to business users, and maintains and governs LATAM AP systems and master data. This position collaborates closely with colleagues at all levels of the LATAM organization to promote Accounts Payable process standardization and improvements. Are You Ready to Show Us What You've Got? Ideally you will have similar experience gained within a consumer goods/retail or commercial company. In addition, it would be great if you have the following skills and experience: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management 4+ years of experience in finance and/or accounting Demonstrated knowledge of audit controls and requirements. Significant procure-to-pay experience within an organization of similar size and complexity, ideally gained within an FMCG environment. Strong working knowledge of SAP and/or an automated accounting system. Highly organized with strong attention to detail, flexible, self-motivated, and able to succeed in a dynamic fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, ability to articulate in a clear and concise manner across various levels of the organization.
