This position works out of our Colombia, Mexico, Chile, Ecuador, Peru location in the division OEC. As the LAC OEC Regional Operations Manager, you will ensure consistency, standardization, synergy creation, strategic planning, process simplification, and valuable data analytics across the region. The position will work closely with Compliance Analysts/Specialists in Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, and the South Cone, and will serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Monitoring and HighBond, interacting with the OEC Corporate Global Programs team. What You'll Do Monitoring Coordination and Execution (40%): Plan, execute, and report on monitoring activities by coordinating with regional Compliance Analysts/Specialists, and consult with the corresponding OEC Managers when required. Deliver results and data analysis to local OEC teams. Subject Matter Expertise (10%): Serve as the SME for LAC on Monitoring and HighBond. Consult with OEC Operations to resolve any doubt and align regional OEC Team. Ensure regional consistency with global guidance, standardization, and simplification. Data Consolidation and Analytics (15%): Consolidate and analyze data using PBI Dashboards as required. Identify risks and outliers, deliver reports, and share analysis conclusions with local OEC teams to be shared with local BU Leaders and other departments as needed. Communications Development (15%): Develop communications based on strategic plans from local OEC. Coordinate Compliance Week activities and ensure consistency and synergy in communications. Leverage resources available in the Knowledge Center and adapt as required to regional needs (includes translation when required). Training Plan Development (20%): Develop and support the preparation and deployment of training plans based on strategic plans from local OEC Teams in LAC. Utilize available materials from the Knowledge Center or local OEC.
