Job Description Applications management involves overseeing the lifecycle of software applications, including deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and optimization to ensure they meet business requirements and deliver value effectively.
As a L3 Support Engineer, you will be working with a team to support apps and bug fixes in Java and SpringBoot.
Responsibilities: Implement new functionalities required by the business.Fix defects identified in the environments.Functional testing of the defects/changes implemented.Perform investigation and analysis of defects and provide appropriate fixes promptly.Provide updates on the progress of the tasks.Work closely with Product, QA, release management, and peer development teams to help prioritize and resolve issues in a high-quality and timely manner.Work closely with DevOps and release management teams to support deployments.Write secure code that meets high performance and scalability needs.Qualifications: 2+ years of hands-on experience using Java.Experience with SpringBoot is a must.Experience in one or more relational databases: Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL, Postgres, etc.Experience working with RESTful APIs.Experience in troubleshooting, supporting, and/or administering applications.Good understanding of the software design principles (refactoring, SOLID, design patterns).Good understanding of web applications and back-end systems functioning from end to end.Understanding of project lifecycle and operational experience: incident management, change management, release management.Well-developed analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.Additional Information: Discover some of the global benefits that empower our people to become the best version of themselves:
