Location: Role can be based in any country in Latin America including Chile, Peru, Colombia, Mexico, Panama, Argentina. Reports to: PMO Head Latin America. The Key Project Manager at Stanley Black & Decker is responsible for building and managing a professional team dedicated to the execution and support of large-scale projects across Latin America. The role includes building and overseeing a team of Key Project Coordinators who, using professional methodologies, manage high-impact projects. The goal is to enhance project penetration and engagement with key major construction accounts throughout the region. This role requires a strategic leader who will expand market share by delivering comprehensive solutions, mastering key applications, and cultivating deep partnerships with major construction companies across Latin America. Key Responsibilities Specifiable Application Leadership Strategy Break down key projects into applications accompanied by the timelines in which they will be executed with the aim of achieving a more agile product forecasting process. Business Development Professionalize project prospecting through the design, tracking and leadership of capture plans and the conduct of capture meetings for each project by country. Identify the decision-making process, as well the key decision makers within each account with a primary focus on the defined applications, ensuring holistic solutions across all their projects. Facilitate custom innovative solutions at the job site level to enhance contractor productivity and project outcomes such as software that enhances on-site productivity. Commercial Intelligence & Business Analytics Measure and enhance team productivity through CRM continuous tracking and analysis of opportunity pipeline, leads, demonstrations, target achievements, and events on the jobsite. Through formal industrial database, analyze, define, and maintain a project pipeline by country driving continuity of PMO project penetration. Be responsible for the entire execution from the design phase through to its total completion. Qualifications: Proven experience in strategic sales, business development, or marketing within the construction or industrial sectors. Strong leadership skills and ability to drive team performance in a dynamic environment. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Fluency in Spanish and English is required, Portuguese is a plus. Availability to travel within Latin America 25%. Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Business, or related field. MBA preferred. Systems: Advanced Excel & Power Point. CRM (Sales Force).
